The byte ranges, in the BPF object’s struct_ops type ops, of the
cgroup callbacks the running kernel’s sched_ext_ops_cid lacks, read off
both BTFs: all of them on a kernel built without group scheduling, the
newer ones on an older kernel. libbpf skips a member the kernel lacks only
when it is zero.
