Load, attach and run the scheduler name until shutdown is set, the duration is over or the kernel ejects it. legacy and sized are the two objects scx_rustsched_build leaves in OUT_DIR, of which the running kernel takes one. matches is the command line the options scheduler were parsed from: its options set the tunables they name, and the scheduler’s own settings the rest.
