scx_cake: a gaming-first sched_ext scheduler — one master algorithm on kernel primitives, no feature flags, no knobs, no runtime telemetry. Placement is the kernel’s idle-CPU pick with direct dispatch on a hit. Under saturation, wakeups queue on one global vtime queue while slice-expired tasks requeue on their own CPU’s queue (“wakeups global, continuations local”), and each CPU dispatches the earliest eligible of the two. The time slice is a compile-time constant.

verbose: bool

Enable verbose libbpf output and runtime diagnostics. A release run without this prints only identity, attach and exit.

version: bool

Print the version and exit.

toggle: Vec<String>

Campaign toggle NAME=0|1 (g43, g44, g45, g46), repeatable. One binary serves both arms of an on/off pair: the verifier deletes the off arm at attach. Scaffolding for the 2026-08-22 toggle campaign (STATE.md); defaults are tip behavior. Unknown names refuse to start.
