Expand description

struct flow_miss_tail - miss-rejoin args for the outlined miss path. @tctx: task state with vruntime plus deadline plus predictor. @cpu: live target CPU for the tier rejoin. @sel: selected CPU hint for the idle kick. @now: current time in nanos. @enq_flags: enqueue flags threaded to the reject insert. @hint: flat period hint in micros, zero for no hint. @hint_w: hint share with base for neutral. @avg: burst average in nanos, zero for no history. @dev: burst deviation in nanos.

Bundles the miss state plus hint plus time plus flags, so the outlined miss path takes one pointer like the pinned plus place plus kick tails with no stack args and no order change.
